SHIPPING Policy 

Four Eleven Gallery uses the United States Postal Service or UPS to ship artwork. Please allow 7 - 10 business days for packages to arrive. If you need a package sooner, please contact us at 617-905-7432. Unless otherwise stipulated, all packages are sent “no signature required.” We encourage people to call us with any special shipping instructions,

Return Policy 

Four Eleven Gallery is committed to the satisfaction of our art collectors. That's why once you’ve receive an original artwork, we'll give you seven (7) days to inform us you would like to return the piece for a complete refund. After informing us of your decision to return, the artwork needs to be shipped back to us within three (3) days.

  1. Seven (7) days to contact us about your intent to return the work

  2. Three (3) days from the day you contacted us to ship out the artwork. ***Do not ship the artwork before contacting us; you must first contact us.***

If you do not notify us of your intent to return the work within 7 days of receipt or you do not ship the work within 3 days of notifying us, you will NOT be eligible for a refund. (Some exceptions will apply. Please contact us for an assessment of your specific situation.)

How to Return an Original, Undamaged Work

Step 1 – Within seven (7) days of your merchandise delivery date, please call 617-990-6673 between the hours of 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST Monday through Saturday.

Step 2 – Repackage the artwork using the original packaging materials used by the artist. If you’ve already disposed of the original packaging, you’ll be responsible for purchasing packaging materials to send the artwork back safely to the artist.

Step 3 – Email john@fourelevengallery.com to complete the return process.

Once the piece safely reaches the artist, Four Eleven Gallery will process your return and the amount owed will be refunded to your original source of payment in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order (minus shipping costs and international customs fees, if any) within 7-10 business days of your merchandise return.

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.

Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.

You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time. You can do the following at any time by contacting us via the email address or phone number given on our website:

  • Change/correct any data we have about you.

Security 

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.

Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. 

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

Four Eleven Gallery (“Four Eleven Gallery," "we" or "our") provides a service for selling and purchasing original works of art (the "Service", collectively the "Services") through our website, accessible at www.fourelevengallery.com (the "Site"). Please read carefully the following terms and conditions ("Terms").

Certain areas of the Site and your access to certain Services may have different terms and conditions posted or may require you to agree with and accept additional terms and conditions. If there is a conflict between these Terms and the terms and conditions posted for a specific area of the Site or for specific Services, the latter terms and conditions shall take precedence with respect to your use of or access to that area of the Site or Services.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT, BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SITE OR SERVICES BY PURCHASING A WORK ON OR THROUGH THE SITE OR SERVICES, YOU ARE INDICATING THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS, WHETHER OR NOT YOU HAVE REGISTERED WITH THE SITE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, THEN YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO ACCESS OR USE THE SITE OR SERVICES. If you accept or agree to these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that company or other legal entity to these Terms and, in such event, "you" and "your" will refer and apply to that company or other legal entity.

Modification

Four Eleven Gallery reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, discontinue or terminate the Site or Services or to modify these Terms, at any time and without prior notice. If we modify these Terms, we will post the modification on the Site or provide you with notice of the modification. We will also update the "Last Updated Date". By continuing to access or use the Site or Services after we have posted a modification on the Site or have provided you with notice of a modification, you are indicating that you agree to be bound by the modified Terms. If the modified Terms are not acceptable to you, your only recourse is to cease using the Site and Services.

Eligibility

The Site and Services are intended solely for persons who are 18 or older. Any access to or use of the Site or Services by anyone under 18 is expressly prohibited. By accessing or using the Site or Services you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. 

Purchaser Terms and Conditions

ONLINE Purchases of Original Works of Art

When you purchase such an Original Work of Art through website, you are purchasing the work from Four Eleven Gallery. You acknowledge that prices do not include shipping and handling charges or applicable taxes (defined below), if any, for which you are responsible and which will be separately identified on your receipt. The artwork will be shipped directly to you in accordance with our shipping policy (see above). The terms and conditions of Four Eleven Gallery's Return Policy apply to any art that you purchase through our website.

Order Cancellations

Four Eleven Gallery reserves the right to cancel any order placed through our website if Four Eleven Gallery determines, in its sole discretion, that the item is mispriced, out of stock, discontinued, or otherwise unavailable at the price listed via the Site and Services. If Four Eleven Gallery cancels an order placed via the Site and Services, Four Eleven Gallery will send you an email confirmation of such cancellation and you will not be charged for your order. 

Taxes

All prices, commissions, fees and other amounts referred to in these Terms, including any prices, commissions and fees set forth on the Site, are stated in U.S. dollars and do not include any sales, use, value added ("VAT"), goods and services ("GST") or similar taxes or withholding taxes or any customs, duties or tariffs that may be assessed by any governmental tax authority or that are otherwise payable under applicable law with respect to the purchase and sale transactions contemplated hereunder (collectively, "Taxes"). 

Color

You understand and agree that Four Eleven Gallery uses commercially reasonable efforts to display the colors of Original Works of Art and Printed Works accurately via the Site and Services. However, because individual computer monitors may display colors differently, Four Eleven Gallery is not responsible for the color accuracy of any Original Works of Art or Printed Works displayed on the Site and Services, and disclaims all liability in this regard.
